Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WayPro Cleaning Services. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.

By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Services Description

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, upholstery, windows, post-construction, and move-in/move-out services.

The specific scope is determined at the time of the quote. Any additional work may be subject to extra charges.

Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made by phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed within 24 business hours.

The client must ensure access to the property. If we cannot access it, we will wait up to 15 minutes before considering a cancellation.

Pricing and Payments

Quotes are based on information provided by the client. We accept cash, cards, transfers, and PayPal.

  • One-time services: Payment upon completion
  • Monthly plans: Payment at the start of the period
  • Large projects: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion

Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate information about the property
  • Ensure safe access and secure pets
  • Secure valuables and important documents
  • Inform us about hazardous conditions
  • Treat our staff with respect

Satisfaction Guarantee

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you’re not satisfied, we will correct it at no additional cost. Notify us within 24 hours.

Limitation of Liability

We carry liability insurance. In case of accidental damages, notify us within 24 hours with photos and documentation.

We are not responsible for undeclared valuables, pre-existing damages, or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, design, text, images) is the exclusive property of WayPro Cleaning Services and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

The client may cancel future services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse services if:

  • The client provides false information
  • There is abusive behavior toward our staff
  • The property has unsafe conditions
  • There are repeated payment failures

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where WayPro Cleaning Services operates. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before taking legal action, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation or mediation.
